Facilitation
Facilitation is the practice of creating space and guiding processes where teams are built, strategy is developed, collective decisions are made, and clarity of vision is shaped. We offer a range of customized facilitation packages including leadership and organizational development retreats, board retreats, strategic planning, visioning and goal setting, and long term team facilitation.
Training
Trainings are offered throughout the year, both virtually and in person, and include both classroom size and individual coaching components. We also offer trainings tailored to meet your organizational needs. Our team draws on over 20 years of experience training in diverse communities nationally and internationally, and training topics include but are not limited to: power mapping, team building, personal development, power building, base building, organizing 101, strategic campaigns, Deep Democracy, power and values, and inside/outside strategy.
Coaching
Coaching services are available for folks who desire individual consulting. We emphasize personal and professional development, visioning and goal setting, accountability and risk taking, time management & calendaring, relationship building and expanding your network.
Strategic
Planning
Too often our organizations are either myopic or utopic. Strategy is about sequencing our work and tactics so that the daily builds toward the visionary. Gioia Strategies offers strategic planning and implementation for organizations to develop mission and vision, set priorities, and focus energy and resources. Outcomes include more effective teams, increased accountability, and deeper alignment with core values.
Consulting rates
Gioia Strategies works with clients on both short term and long-term projects, and consulting is built to the specific needs of each client. We offer sliding scale consulting rates based on project scope and a client’s financial capacity. Rates are $150-$250 per hour. Higher paying clients make it possible to offer lower rates or waive fees for clients with smaller budgets.
